What's the minimum order quantity?

Varies by product — sheets from 50, boxes from 100, crates from 5. We try to accommodate smaller runs. Get in touch and we'll find a way.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. We'll courier free material swatches and, for custom projects, a pre-production sample so you can check everything before the full run.

How long does delivery take?

Production takes 3–7 business days plus shipping. Express turnaround (2–3 days) available. We'll give you a firm date before you commit.

What printing methods do you offer?

Flexo for larger runs, digital for short runs with fast turnaround, litho for premium finish. We'll recommend based on your quantity and artwork.

Can you match my brand colours?

We use Pantone-matched inks for flexo and litho printing. Digital printing uses CMYK — we'll show you proofs so you can approve before production.

What if I'm not happy with the order?

We stand behind our work. If anything doesn't meet the agreed specification, let us know within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund.
